A virtual user is a member of a project team that does not really exist. In other words, there is no email address associated a so-called virtual user.
Such a user can be created by a Project Manager allowing a person who does not have access to Planzone to be present in the project structure. Virtual users can be replaced by actual members Planzone at any time.
